Michigan Capital Area Chapter

The American Society for Public Administration’s Michigan Capital Area Chapter (MICAP) provides networking opportunities, public events, and professional development opportunities for those interested in public administration as it relates to Michigan. MICAP is one of two Michigan chapters that has for decades provided a voice to those working in the public sector.
