Section on Public Law and Administration Scholarship Period Open

2018-19 John A. Rohr Scholarship Award Nomination Period Now Open!

ASPA's Section on Public Law and Administration (SPLA) annually awards one $500.00 scholarship to help defray the costs associated with attending the ASPA national conference.

In order to be qualified for the John A. Rohr Scholarship, applicants must be a graduate or post-graduate student enrolled in a Public Administration program.  Recipients of the Rohr Scholarship must be present at the SPLA Annual Event Affair to receive the award, scheduled for Friday, March 8, 2019 at 6:00pm at Morton’s Steakhouse located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC; participate in the SPLA General Meeting usually scheduled on Saturday or Sunday morning during the conference; and commit to serving as the Student Representative for the SPLA Section for 1 calendar year (to commence immediately after the conference until March of the next year).
